A scanner gun works right here — scan into the box and it looks up instantly. Prices are your dealer cost from each connected feed, refreshed about every 15 minutes.
You set the starting password and hand it to them — nobody can sign themselves up. Untick a module under someone's name and its tile vanishes from their home screen (saves instantly, takes effect next time they load the app). Anyone with an ADMIN badge sees everything and can open this screen; everyone else never knows it exists.

Cancel walk pulls this phone's adds back off. If a sales report later covers an item, the report's number replaces your walked count automatically, so nothing double-counts.

Everyone signed in works from the same live list, so the front counter and the back can audit different areas at the same time.

How your team uses this: run the sales report in coreSTORE (since the date shown top-right), import it here, and everything sold lands under To order with quantities added up — import twice and the counts combine, they don't duplicate. Work down the list while ordering: Ordered clears an item, Can't get parks it until it's back in stock somewhere, Skip clears it for this round only (it returns next time it sells), and Never drops that UPC from every future import (restorable). Hover any ? in the app for a reminder of what each does. Copy UPC + Qty is ready to paste into a distributor quick-order screen. Everything is shared and live: when anyone marks an item, everyone's screen updates within a second, from any computer, anywhere.
